The Red Lion at Milton Bryan is a stunning country pub in the Heart of the gorgeous Bedfordshire countryside. In September 2016, The Red Lion was taken on by new owners Daniel and Narelle Turner (Meet, Eat, Drink and Dream LTD) who have over 20 years experience in the industry. The emphasis is still very much towards providing great food and a friendly service in relaxed surroundings. From the Bar you can expect comfy chairs and roaring fires, ideal for sitting back with the paper and relaxing or catching up with friends over a bottle of one of the many fabulous wines supplied by Hallgarten and Novum Wines.
Outside is a large garden with plenty of seating which is also very secure for children and the family dog.
Our bar is attacked with some gorgeous ciders, beers and the very best traditional ales, we also have over 24 Gins to choose from to enjoy on our newly built alfresco dining area or in our lovely garden along with something from our tantalising restaurant menu. Perfect for a sunny weekend!
The focus of The Red Lion restaurant is simple, well done, modern English food which we make using the very best of local ingredients that are in season. Our Award Winning Executive Chef / Owner Daniel Turner and his Award Winning team have created some fantastic dishes which can be found on our many menus, along with our mouth watering Sunday Roasts oozing with Daniels amazing gravy. Our roasts are very popular so please give us a call before hand to secure a table.

Excellent Sunday lunch. Great selection of vegetables and beef and lamb roasts especially well presented. Also, recommend Timothy Taylor beer, best pint of beer in the area. Good selection of wines by the glass red and white.
Perfect location for a lazy Sunday lunch. Staff attentive and quick to respond to requests. Nice to see they are training younger staff in the finer arts of hospitality. Can’t wait to go back.
