The Marquess is a traditional pub in the heart of Covent Garden, offering great British pub classics and cask ales.
We’ve been here a long time… The Marquess has been a licensed premises since 1663, when it was known as the Edward Miles Coffee House. The building was destroyed, in part, by bombs during the second world war & had to be re-built. Shrapnel damage to the building is still visible outside!
