Hector’s in Stockbridge

You’d be hard pushed to find a better place to soak up the Sunday vibe. Indeed, Hector’s has all the essential ingredients for a fitting end to the week: glorious home-cooked roasts, rousing Bloody Marys and a few choice newspapers, all topped off with a liberal serving of chilled-out tunes.

Our Sunday roasts have established quite a following in Stockbridge, with a superior line-up of British meats, including our succulent beef and farm-assured chicken (plus a veggie option), alongside homemade Yorkshire puddings, seasonal veg and lashings of gravy.

Just add a round of top-drawer drinks , some good mates and maybe a board game if the mood takes you, and you’ll wish every day was like Sunday at Hector’s.

  • Really nice little market, with different stalls compared to the market up on Castle Terrace. Good food options for cooking at home, although not so much for eating immediately.

  • Try the paella, cooked by a spaniard. Genuine taste, much better than in some touristic places down in Spain
