It’s official, The Fox has been awarded another top accolade and has been voted one of the TOP 50 gastropubs in the UK. An award which sits nicely alongside The Good Pub Guide, Hertfordshire’s Dining Pub of the Year 2011.

The food at The Fox is all about the quality ingredients used in the creation of the menu by head chef and his team. They are passionate about creating great dishes from produce grown or reared on the doorstep and with an abundance of producers nearby ingredients are sourced locally where possible.

The restaurant serves modern British food and seafood from north Norfolk, an unusual twist in landlocked Hertfordshire. Chef’s oft changing menu incorporates the good old favourites intertwined with his modern ideas.
