Our seventh bistrot is in the leafy South Warrington village of Stockton Heath.

Surrounded by boutiques and other restaurants the area has a vibrant, bustling feel, and our bistrot has quickly become a local favourite amongst residents and businesses alike.

The interior is warm and comfortable, with an authentic French country house look offset by the striking orange leather banquettes and one off furniture pieces.

General Manager Dan
Joined Stockton Heath in July 2011 as a waiter and quickly moved up the ranks to Duty Manager and then Assistant Manager. Dan brings a wealth of experience having been in the restaurant industry since leaving school at 16 in both front of house and back of house roles, and managed several restaurants including Pizza Express.

Head Chef Manash
After studying Hospitality Management, Manash turned his focus towards the kitchen. Spending 15 years applying his trade he joined Stockton Heath as Head Chef fresh from his classic French training working at Brasserie Blanc and some of the worlds luxury hotels such as the Hyatt and Kempenski groups.
