General Manager Beau
Joined the business in 2007 as a Waiter having previously been Assistant Manager at both ASK and Zizzi’s. Beau then moved quickly through the ranks to Shift Leader and then Assistant Manager, before taking up the post of General Manager late 2010.

Head Chef Nicu
Nicu has over 12 years experience working in kitchens. The first 7 years he spent working in Romania in several fine dining restaurants. He moved to the UK in 2007 where he joined us at LBP in Leicester as Chef de Partie and gradually worked his way up to Sous Chef. He then went on to help open our resturants in both Sheffield and Harrogate before moving to Stockton Heath as Head Chef in 2010. After a successful period there he has transferred to Leamington as Head Chef where he continues to play a major role in the growth of the restaurant.
