a majestic arc built in 1861.

General Manager Mark
Before moving to Ilkley with his young family and taking up the role of General Manger for the whole of the Crescent site, Mark had been with the business for several years in a number of roles, including GM at our Nottingham and Leicester bistrots, and as training manager for the whole group. Before joining the business Mark was general manager for the award winning Red Lion gastro pub at Stathern, and Assistant Manager at Hart’s restaurant, Nottingham.
Head Chef Roji
Roji has been a chef for over 15 years in various five star hotels including the Hilton and Marriott hotel groups as well as leading cruise line companies around the world. For the last five years Roji has worked at Las Iguanas in Leeds before taking the role as our Head Chef in Ilkley.
