General Manager Matt
Matt joined the Bistrot family in 2011. Matt started as a waiter when he was 16 and has been in the hospitality industry ever since. Starting out in the bar world he became a General Manager at 21 years old and developed a passion for food and drink. Over his career he has opened and managed a number of award winning independent restaurants and bars and has himself won awards in local hospitality awards.

Head Chef Chris
Chris is a passionate and dedicated Head Chef, having spent the last 24 years working in food. During his career he’s worked in some of the finest hotels in the UK and also worked in one of Glasgows top award winning restaurants. And in his 12 years as a head chef he’s had the opportunity to cook for many sport stars, celebrities and members of the royal family.
