The carving deck is the jewel in our crown. Here you can build your perfect roast dinner, your very own “Sunday best”, seven days a week.
Choose from slow-cooked pork, gammon, turkey or beef – we have three during the week and all four on Sundays. Add a Yorkshire pud and some stuffing if you fancy. Then help yourself to as many servings of roast potatoes, mash and freshly steamed veg as you want. Don’t forget to top it all off with lashings of hot gravy and your favourite sauces.
What’s more, from Monday to Saturday we offer two carvery sizes to suit your appetite: the smaller carvery at just £3.69** (a perfect kids’ meal), and the Crown carvery at £4.19. Why not max your meal by adding The Works for just £1.50 extra?

Just to say staff at the Goose are the best staff in Newcastle. Lauren and her team are so hardworking. On match days it is so busy we often wonder how they cope, they are friendly obliging even under pressure they always have time to make sure you are happy, whether it be with food or drink. The pub has a great atmosphere the food and drinks are good but the staff make it.
