we were a group of 8 on Christmas Day looking forward to our meal at 2-45 pm we were actually seated at 3-45 pm then the fun beigan the service was horrendous everything was wrong there was three tables of people including us and everyone’s meal was wrong then when we finally got it at 4-30 pm it was awful the main course was pressed Turkey out of a packet half the meal was missing it was disgusting food everyone in that place was complaining. By now I went to the manageress and demanded my money back so did loads more we did eventually get it but no apology I let it go last year when our food was late but I won’t be eating there again at Christmas we got no compensation for what we had to put up with and the cost to get there it ruined our Christmas Day with our family please be careful if you decide to go next year people it’s a shocker
